Viewing your team’s profiles on the mobile application allows you access to all necessary information while on the go. Within the Teamworks application, you can call a player directly from their profile, locate a player’s emergency contact information, search for any allergies they may have, and find any other necessary information you may need.
To View User Profiles in the Teamworks Hub Mobile App:
To start log into your Teamworks application on your mobile device. To view profiles, you can either navigate to the magnifying glass in the top left corner of your screen and begin searching for the specific user here, or you can navigate to the three-dot icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, and then to Profiles.
You have the option to scroll through all profiles, filter by user type, or search for a specific user.
Select the user whose profile you wish to view.
Under their name, you have the option to call them on their mobile device, send them a message via Teamworks, or send them an email. All of these actions can be performed by clicking directly on the desired icon below the user's name.
You are also able to view the user's general information, contact information, athlete information (if applicable), any files or notes attached to their profile, and/or any other attributes that have been input into their profile such as automobile information, international travel information, etc.
To View Your Own Profile in the Teamworks Hub Mobile App:
To start log into your Teamworks application on your mobile device. To view your own profile navigate to the three-dot icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, and then click on your name at the top of your screen.
This will bring you to your profile where you will be able to see your general information, contact information, athlete information (if applicable), any files or notes attached to your profile (dependant on visibility settings), and/or any other attributes that have been input into your profile such as automobile information, international travel information, etc.
Notes:
*To view other users' profiles you must have the necessary "View Profiles" permissions for the user types you wish to view. If you do not have these permissions reach out to your Team or Organization Super User who will be able to grant you this access.
*Editing profiles is dependent on permissions. Please see here for more information on editing users' profiles.
