Regenerate CARA Logs

Regenerating logs allows the Compliance Admin and/or the Log Admin to regenerate a log in the case that the log is incorrect and/or the calendar has changed since the log has been generated. 

Regenerating CARA Logs- Compliance Admin:

To start, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Time Management tab. You will land on the CARA Logs subtab within the Reports tab. 

From here use the filters at the top of the page to find the log(s) you wish to regenerate.

Click the checkbox on the left side of desired logs and then click “Regenerate Logs”. This will send the log back to Draft status regardless of where it was prior to regeneration.

Note: The Compliance Admin will be able to regenerate a log in any status.

Regenerating CARA Logs- Log Admin:

To start, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Calendar and then to Logs. 

Click in to view the desired log. Logs that are in Draft status will be able to be regenerated by Log Admins on this page.

Click “Regenerate Logs”. 

 

Notes:

*Regenerating logs will always put them back to Draft status regardless of status prior to regeneration.

*This feature is helpful if a change has been made to a calendar appointment after logs have been created. Regenerating will reflect the changes made.
