Set up segments for your team's season to ensure you track the correct amount of hours whether that be in-season or out-of-season.
Setting up Declarations:
To start, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Time Management tab and click “Plans”. Select a team from the left-hand side and then click “Add Segment”.
Enter the Segment Name, and whether the segment is "In-season" or "Out-of-season" (Note: The first segment will automatically default as the "In-Season" segment). Once the segment is created, click the three-dot action icon on the right-hand side of the segment and click “Edit”. Here you can enter all the details of the segment (the only required field is the Segment Start/End)
The details that you can customize are segment label, week starts on, segment start/end, segment length in days, first CARA, postseason range, postseason days off. (Note: For Football Teams the labels will be coded slightly different, see below on the right).
Once you have customized the segment as you wish, click “Save”.
*All segments marked "In-Season" will generate 20 hour max weeks on CARA logs. All segments marked "Out-of-Season" will generate 8 hour max weeks on CARA logs.
*Be sure the segment start/end date encompasses the entire possible season, including any/all postseason competitions.
