Add/Edit/Remove Day Off

Allows staff to add their "Days Off" directly on the calendar. This information will pull into CARA Logs within the Time Management Module allowing for a much more efficient and customizable experience. Time management admin, Team super users, or anyone listed in the "Edit Declaration" setting will be able to add a TM Appointment Type on both the web and mobile.

Adding Day Off:

To add a day off, log into your Teamworks account. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Calendar and then click Add Event.

In the appointment type drop-down, select one of the TM Day Off appointment types.

Configure the appointment details how you wish and click Create Event. For more information on adding appointments to the calendar click here.

Editing a Day Off:

To edit a day off, log into your Teamworks account. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Calendar and find the appointment you wish to edit.

Click the pencil to edit. From the edit screen, you can remove athletes by clicking the "x" next to their name, and to add athletes, type their name in the user selection search bar.

Click the Save Changes once you have finished making your edits.

Removing a Day Off:

To remove a day off, log into your Teamworks account. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Calendar and find the appointment you wish to remove.

Click the trash can to delete the day off entirely. A prompt will appear making sure you wish to delete the event. If so, click "Yes, Delete Event".

Add/edit/remove Days off on Mobile:

You will also be able to add the TM Appointment Types from your mobile device. To do so, log into your Teamworks account on your mobile device, click the "+" sign in the bottom right corner, and then click "New Appointment".

Choose between the TM appointment types and configure the appointment details how you wish (event title, attendees, location, alert options, etc).

Once complete, click "Save".

To edit an appointment on mobile, navigate to the calendar and find the appointment you wish to edit. Click on the appointment and then click the "pencil" icon. 

Make any changes you need and click "Save".

To remove an appointment on mobile, navigate to the calendar and find the appointment you wish to remove. Click on the appointment and then click the "pencil" icon. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Delete".

Notes:

*Custom groups can now be used to create different Days Off.

*Selecting the "Day Off" Appointment Type will automatically create an all-day appointment on the calendar. Everything is easy to view and adjust within the calendar and the appointments themselves!

*Users must be a Time Management Admin, Team super user, or be listed under the "Edit Declaration" section within that team's Time Management Team Settings in order to add/edit/remove days off.
