Viewing profiles through the user search is customizable and efficient. Use the search function or choose specific filters to narrow down your search and get a list of profiles for those you wish to view. Saved profile views give you the ability to access roster information and other frequently run reports with a single click.
Searching For A Specific Person:
To start, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate to Profiles and type their name straight into the search bar in the top left corner.
Run an Advanced Report:
To start, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate to Profiles and use the filters to the right of the search bar to get the group you need. You can filter by team, user type, status, and account activation. Click into whichever filter you want to use and select as many choices as you’d like.
To filter by an option that is not given, select + Add Filter, choose one of the attributes from the dropdown and fill out the rest of the information you want to filter for. When you are done filling out this information, select Apply in the bottom right corner and this new filter will be applied. You can add as many filters as you’d like.
You will also have the option to choose from a list of attributes you would like to show within your list by clicking the grid icon on the far right side and choosing from the pop-up modal of attributes.
Once you are done with your filters, you can change the order of this list of people that are given by selecting the arrows next to each column title. For the Name, Title, and Email columns you can see this information shown in alphabetical order by last name or reverse. For Login Count you can see this list shown from least to most logins or reverse and you can see Last Login shown from most to least recent or reverse. Select the Cloud Icon at the top of the table to export the report.
Set Up a Saved Profile View:
To start, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate to Profiles. Utilize the filters at the top of the page to choose which users you wish to see in the list. Next, select the Grid Icon to choose the attributes you wish to include in the view and select OK to finalize the addition of columns.
To save the profile view, select the Default View Dropdown and select Save Current View.
In the pop-up window, enter a name for your saved profile view and select Save.
Saved Profile Views will be accessible with a single click from the Default View drop-down on the main Profiles page.
*Users must have the "View Profiles List" permission and the necessary user types selected in order to view their profiles in this list.
