Build your schedule for both home and away games in order to best prepare your team for their upcoming season. Add all of your trips into our Travel module to keep everyone organized, eliminating any distractions and allowing for optimal performance!
To start, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Travel tab.
If you have not created a Season yet, you will need to navigate to the “Add Trip” button in the top right corner of your screen. Within the Seasons dropdown, click “Manage Seasons”, and then click “Add Season”.
If you have previously created a season, navigate to the Season dropdown in the top left corner of your screen, click “Manage Seasons” and then click “Add Season”.
To add a trip, log into your Teamworks account in a web browser. Once you have logged in, navigate the Travel tab.
Click the “Add Trip” button in the top right corner of your screen. A pop-up modal will appear where you will fill out the details of the trip (Trip name, Season, Dates, Time Zone, Calendar Visibility, Mobile Visibility, and a Logo).
Checking the Mobile Visibility option will make the trip and associated information visible in the Teamworks mobile application for anyone within the travel party.
Once you have filled out the trip information click “Add Trip” and the trip will then appear in your Upcoming Trips.
*Users must have the “Manage Travel” permission in order to create seasons and add trips.
