Access Teamworks on-the-go using your mobile device to ensure you stay connected to all team and organization related information.
Standard Login
To login to Teamworks on your mobile device, you will first need to be added and invited by an Organization or Team Superuser. Once invited, and your username and password have been created, you will have access to Teamworks!
From your mobile device, you will see a login page after selecting the Teamworks app. Enter in your username and password you created for your account. Select Login to proceed to your account.
Organizational Account (SSO) Login
To login to Teamworks on your mobile device using your Organizational Account (SSO), you will first need to be added by an Organization or Team Superuser to Teamworks. Once added, you will then have access to login to Teamworks using your Organizational Account (SSO) credentials.
From your mobile device, you will see a login page after selecting the Teamworks app. Select, Use Organizational Account (SSO). Enter in your organization’s subdomain (ie: TW or Teamworks if my organization’s name was Teamworks) then select Log In. From here, you’ll be prompted to enter in your organization’s credentials (username & password) before logging in and being redirected back to your Teamworks app.
If you are having trouble logging in or do not know your Organizational Account (SSO) subdomain, please first contact your Organization or Team Superuser (main administrator for Teamworks) or IT Department. This user can assist with troubleshooting by ensuring you have been correctly added to Teamworks. If you still cannot access your account, please contact support@teamworks.com with your name and organization/team name.
