Reset Password and Send Username Reminder

In the event you forget your password or username, you can reset your password and send a username reminder from your mobile device. Follow the steps below to start using Teamworks again!

Reset Password 

To reset your password, first begin by selecting the Forgot Password option in the bottom left of your login screen within the Teamworks mobile app. You will be prompted to enter your username before selecting the Reset Password button. The username you entered is tied to the email address associated with your Teamworks account. Make sure to check this email to find your reset password link. In the event you did not receive a reset password email within 1 hour, please first check your spam/junk folder. If there is no email, contact your Organization or Team Superuser (main Teamworks administrator) to try resetting your password again or reach out to support@teamworks.com for further assistance.

Send Username Reminder

To retrieve your username, first begin by selecting the Forgot Username option in the bottom right of your login screen within the Teamworks mobile app. You will be prompted to enter your email (preferably the one associated with your Teamworks account) before selecting the Get Username button. Make sure to check the email entered to find your Username Reminder. In the event you did not receive a reminder email within 1 hour, please contact support@teamworks.com.
