Set Attribute Date Reminders

Date reminders allow you to send automatic notifications leading up to dates already in Teamworks profiles.  Set date reminders to ensure you don’t get caught renewing or updating documents for athletes and staff at the last minute.

Set Attribute Date Reminder:

  1. Log in to your Teamworks account on the desktop and navigate to the Profiles module.
  2. Select the Settings tab at the top of the page.
  3. Navigate to a date field and select the Edit button on the far right of your screen.
  4. Within the pop-up window, choose the type of reminder, time period, and which users should receive the reminder.
  5. After reviewing the information, select Save Changes to set the attribute date reminder.
